Founded in 1938 by Dr.K M Munshi, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan is an intellectual, cultural and educational movement.The Bhavan is dedicated to the twin tasks of  interpreting the age old message of the country and  integrating our varied and vibrant culture with the changing needs of the present day world.

 

With the aim of  fulfilling the Bhavan’s  cherished goal of spreading  education throughout the length  and breadth of our country, Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir Eroor was established in July 1989.

 

Located far  from the madding crowd,the school  functions in the quiet peaceful regions of Kunnara in Tripunithura.The school began with Kindergarten and Std I. The first  batch of  Std  X students passed  out in 1997  and Std  XII  students in 1999. The school has grown in  leaps and  bounds and now  has classes  from Std I  to  Std XII  with various options at the Senior Secondary level. 2377 students,108 teachers and 23 non teaching staff  work in unison raising  the school  to glorious heights.The school is  affiliated to CBSE and has been adjudged ‘Quality School’  by Bhavan’s Shikshan Bharati,  Mumbai. Since  its inception Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir,  Eroor has carved a niche for itself by producing excellent academic results in the city consecutively from its first batch of Class X and Class XII  as well as in literary, cultural and sports activities.The school inculcates in children the importance of love, care and respect where each child learns the basic values of life and grows up to be a responsible individual.
